The situation
Maritime training depends on accurate evidence of competence. Paper record books and disconnected files make that evidence harder to collect, review and keep current.
The challenge
Training providers needed a dependable way for cadets, assessors and administrators to record progress without adding another awkward process on top of the working day.
The approach
Deploy designed and built a purpose-made training-record platform around the people who use it: trainees capturing evidence, assessors reviewing it, and administrators keeping the programme moving.
The outcome
A live operational system for digital training record books. Client names and measurable results will be added when they are cleared for public use.
