The contact form collects your name, email address, optional organisation and telephone number, the type of help requested, project details and optional timing. We also collect the technical information needed to protect the form from automated abuse, which can include a Cloudflare Turnstile check when that is enabled.

How we use it

Enquiry details are used only to respond to the request and, where relevant, to continue a conversation about that work. We do not add you to a marketing list from this form.

Who receives it

Enquiries are sent to the configured Deploy Systems mailbox. If a hosting or email provider is used to deliver those messages, they will process the message as part of that service.

Retention
